#59901 Question on length of Rev Bag

Posted by Lolly on 16 October 2009 - 08:22 AM

I comfortably put my power 2~4 in my Rev bag. Yes, the flap adjusts a little for this.
42" is easy. My Power 2~4 is closer to 44".

Hope this helps you.

#58411 AKA Lee Toy Award for Kite Artist of the Year

Posted by Lolly on 11 September 2009 - 09:14 AM

Jim, thanks for bringing this up on the forum.
We are often puzzled at who wins the awards.

You made me think, and I will be nominating Randy Tom for the Lee Toy award.

He has been in kiting in a number of areas since kiting began.
He changed the face of kids kites.
The artistry shown on Revolution Masterpiece kites is awesome.

His years of dedication to the sport and kite community is without question.
Randy Tom is a wonderful person inside and out.

Can someone second the nomination for me ?
Also, the new Randy Tom Masterpieces are under way.

Thaks everyone, have a great flying weekend.

#53757 Help choosing my second Rev

Posted by Lolly on 30 June 2009 - 11:31 AM

Given that your beginner kite was a shockwave and you are looking for something with a little pull in the lower winds I would say a power blast 4-8 is the kite for you!

Otherwise I would say that the B Series would be a good choice given the multiple frames it comes with.

Now, now Alden. Let's not go crazy with the new guy.
I say the Power Blast 2~4 would be perfect for his wind condition and wants.

#53271 Special Raffle direct from Rev! SOLD OUT

#51279 Black Bridle line wanted

Posted by Lolly on 26 May 2009 - 08:46 AM

FA has some good stuff. Same as benson uses. Personally I would. Of give them a single penny of my money, but your choice of course.

Hi Bri,

I've got 130 lb Black Dacron. It's what we make our handle leader lines from. Do you like this ?
Black is no problem.
Be careful, this stuff can bleed.
