My B Series should be in my paws tomorrow, race rods with a 3 wrap.

I've read somewhere in these here forums that the flex of the leading edge is what determines what is too much wind for a Rev, and that makes sense.

Out of curiosity, what wind speeds do you all add the 2cnd spar to the leading edge for the B Series?

Anyone from these here Rev forums planning on being there? I know.... sadly this is the same weekend as Mots. From the writeup below, it seems mostly kid oriented, but this is not true based on my being there many moons ago. There's a lot going on. This is the 24th or 25th year for this.

There will be Kite Klowns balloons, a sky full of Amazing Aerial Acts, and a park full of fun at Lakefront State Park (Lower Edgewater Beach) in Cleveland. There will be a Midway with craft booths and kite shops, a corral of Flying bird Kites, Sensational Aerial Acts in Center Field, games and contests that include the public’s participation, a Learn To Fly Sport Kites field, and Fighter Kite Competitions (American Rules) for Novice Class on Saturday, Experienced on Sunday.

Each day will end with the Warriors taking the field for a Rokkaku Kite Battle for Supremacy of the Sky. A Mass Ascension of kites will take place at noon. Everyone who has a kite is welcome to join in this event as the National Anthem opens the events of each day. As in all Circuses, this will be followed by the “Entrance of the Gladiators”, when the Stars of the Sky Circus will sweep the skies.

Families are encouraged to bring picnics, lawn chairs, an FM radio, and kites. The entire program will be broadcast only within the park by HAM radio operators, as well as from the sound system in the center of the park. A kite-making workshop will be held in the OSEK tent twice each day. Wind Sprints for Children of All Ages will also be held both day.
