After a little debate with "her indoors" psycho got our vote... and Euros.

Kite arrived last Thursday and had its maiden flight on Sunday at the club fly in at Duridge Bay, very light winds but kite was a pleasure to fly.

Colours looked good against a clear blue sunny sky, most strange this far north in the UK at this time of year. Looking forward to giving it a good try and fly it back to back with a different rev and set up.

So well done Los hermanos Gonzalez.

I'll let you know how it goes.

:)Just back from 4 hours flying on the site for the February fly.:)

Winds at about 20mph but still 6inch of snow, that should have gone by the 13th.

All round views are impressive will only be improved by a flight of Revolutions. What is he collective noun for Revolutions?

Brian and all.



Thought I must join the board to say what a great day I had on Saturday. Well worth the trip from the North East, thanks for letting me fly, a novice, with such a talented group of people.



However I must inform you I seem to have developed a bit of a bug I hope its not contagious the symptoms are

Aching arms, as if I've been pulling against something

Inclined head, as if been looking up.

A fixed gaze, fixed at about 120 foot.

A yearning/lust for a strange flying object.



Hope I've found part of the cure thanks to a "True Gent" on FracturedAxel who goes by the name of "oldflier" who was selling a Vented SLE, proceeds to Children in Need. I did the deal, deposited the money and kite received today. Now can't wait to get out at the weekend to fly it
