There are quite a few KAP folks on this forum and I thought it would be of interest to post something that those who use Brooks Leffler's BEAK might enjoy. The BEAK (Brooxes Electric AutoKAP) kit allows one to autoKAP with an Infrared (IR) triggered camera. The rig pans about 30 degrees, fires the shutter and keeps going until you bring it down or the batteries run out or your camera card fills up. To change the camera angle you have to bring the camera down and then send it back up. I wanted to add a tilt component to my rig so made some enquiries. I then set about designing my own BEAK with the tilt function.
This video shows the PPT BEAK in action. Peanut Piston Tilt BEAK. Now you can get both panned and tilted shots in one KAP session.
with special thanks to Jynx for helping me 'produce' this 'publication' below.

I sorted through my KAP session and found a few Rev shots. A few are a wee bit grainy, cropped from a high overhead shot, but there you are in the picture!

As I have said before and as others have noted, the Ninja Eye stack creates truly amazing shadow effects, this photograph is a great example of dancing shadows taken on my local beach.

To me, this sort of tops it... not literally, of course .... lol The stack is just way cool!

Sorry, Laura, that is a great shot but I just have to reply with this mystery shot? Why are the right wing tips ahead of the kite in front of it?
