I guess nobody would question the use of Kevlar in the first place.
But Designs can always be improved. Just look how the Rev Kites evolved in the last 2 decades.
There might come a day where white, or colored kevlar or dacron will be readily available, which could indeed well improve the design even more.
And if not, well we can always dream, canīt we?

Yeah might be, but just think of how nice a real Plain white Zen would be, white mesh, white LE....
A real ghost in the sky.
And by the way, who let the dogs out of the kevlar factory?

Happy Christmas to all of you (i know, its a bit late^^)

Ive build myself a "Rev Style Quad Line Kite" Its a 1,2 so the individual 82,5 cm (32") spars fit In. (full Race frame Set from Revolution), but the point is that i used a mesh which is a little softer than the Original one.
Of Course i have to wait now for a couple of Years to see if it takes longer to be torn apart.
But it might as well be worth a try, if one have to replace it anyway.

Try kiteworld in the UK. They should have more reasonable prices.

Thx, i found it when i ordered the Stuff to make one myself, but thats okay since i revealed the mysteries of our sewing machine. And i ll be happy with the results (hopefully)

So i have to fill that bag first before i ll be allowed to buy the real thing....

Any suggestion for having Powerblast 2-4 or 4-8 replacement rods in Europe at less than (something like...) double the cost?

Might be long gone now, and not needed anymore, but at least the 2-4 as far as those are the same as the older Superblast rods, can be purchased for as "little as" 120€ including shipping costs which is (given the overall price of that Beast) quite fair.

Dont know for the 4-8 though, for these are hard to come by .

But i know what u mean, i would love to have a revolution Rollbag if it wouldnt be three times the cost of the US.
