Maybe I'm not onto such a good thing but I think I'll play with the idea anyway.

OK I'm back, scrap the bike gears idea to much messing.......BUT!

hows about this .......ONE pigtail......yes I said ONE pigtail.........stay with me on this one and think outside the box OK!

One Pigtail on each handle passing through the tube of the handle with a kinda Keyhole attachment on the top, somthing that wont cut throught the pigtail and a smooth rounded insert on the bottom for the same reason.
As you move to the next knot (lets say more brake) it will shorten the bottom pigtail.

One movement for each handle.

This will get rid of those pigtails swinging around when your on the top knot AND as the top and bottom move at the same time (in opposite directions) less knots needed! OR because they will always be taught as many knots as you like!

Your Thaughts Please

I'd like to see an "adjustable While Flying" or at least "not having to move the larks head with the handles between your knees" system.
A kinda small indexed lever system a bit like the gears on my mountain bike.

Oh No I feel a Bike dismantelling coming on..........

Be Right Back.......... now where is my tool box
