Revolution kite, sail

Just been out for a fly noticed my non vented JB Revolution non vented kite was a little noisy, and on further inspection noticed the the material on the bottom of the 2 spars have stretched and looks like it is a different material, not bad seing as this one has only done about a 6 flights. So i inspected my mid vent and full vent and these seem to be ok.
Any help would be good,

Just to test the water on this, i have managed to get my company to pay for a rev :w00t:

So where would i start looking to get a mid vent comeplete rtf made withe the company logo on it would need to be yellow with the logo in red 3 letters in total

colour change

I have a flo yellow and black vented rev and a gold mid ven and a gold standard, how hard would it be to remove the lime green panels and replace them to gold to match the other 2.
And what is the correct material that i would do this with ?
its been that long i forgot the colour ?
