  3. Go Pro Camera Stake

    Posted 31 Mar 2012

I have added yet another new item to my lineup! Intruducing the Go Pro Camera Stake. This stake uses the Go Pro camera flat mount on one of my stakes so the camera can be positioned on the ground for those down low shots. A big Thank You to Jim Fielder for the idea! :sign_kitelife:

  4. Kite Scepters, the new batch

    Posted 11 Mar 2012

I have made a few more Kite Scepters, due to the first one was sold at SPI. This is for staking multiple sport kites, single line kites, pets, or just use as garden decorations. Also useful when you just want to say "mine is bigger than yours!" I will have these with me at WCRC, as well as all kite festivals I can get to this year.

All four scepters, with three marble kite stakes for size reference:

  5. New kite festival at Kitehenge!

    Posted 19 Feb 2012

The Pierce County Kitefliers Association and Pierce County Parks are putting on a one day festival at one of the Puget Sounds most beautiful parks, Chambers Creek Central Meadow. I would love to see a good showing of Rev fliers there, this park is a great venue to get noticed and snag more folks to the darkside of kiting. The last few times I have been there this winter, the park has been full of folks and kids, this park has become very popular. I have been told that there will be food vendors, expanded parking, and more. This is a AKA sactioned event, and is on their calender. If you would like to help, contact Bob Wendt at the PCKA, or just show up and have some fun!
