yAy John, go :sign_kitelife: hopefully we won't :mf_swordfight: too much. Would be gREAt if I can :rev_clockwork: at the end of the Clinic.

Even if I can sort out a stable :single: (nearest thing I can see to a hover) better still :sq-upsidedown: .

Looking forward to :plane: with you again.

Will be a :big_blowup: and a  :mf_party:

It may not be much comfort to you now, but odd as it may seem, though I found it a pig to learn, once learned, I find an :sq-upsidedown: :single: is actually much easier to hold stable than a :single:.

Turns into a bit of a :sq-crazy: :single: with a bit of a :dual: then a :sign_oops:

Sometimes then a bit of :mf_death: ensues.

Keep getting my :clap2: (hands in case you wonder) mixed up ending up with  and a

The clinic is after Portsmouth, sure!

The next weekend is Bristol...

Assuming we're not the only ones staying after the Kite Festival....

:gathering: Anyone up for a social / meal on the Sunday night before the clinic starts?

At this stage, I'm not sure what is available and affordable nearby but there's time to find out...

Sounds as if you have local knowledge! Anything sounds good to us.

Be good to meet with you, outsync and others. etc. As Felix mentioned, I guess we can't choose any place that's too intimate (i.e. small!). Could I suggest we meet outside the display area / rev enclosure at the end of the festival - just in case some others wish to keep their attendance a well-guarded secret? [My wife and I will not be involved in any flying on Sunday so we can remain incognito until then :shifty: ]
