Hello Family and I'm home but only for 24 hours then I'm off to Tulsa Ok. for the " Windriders Festival of Kites" but wanted
all to know that we had a really great time........ The event at Uchinada had huge crowds and they really seemed to enjoy
what we were doing and the teams over there were really good, just not iQuad good......... I sure wish you could
have seen the teams using the Blasts cause this is one of my favorite kites and not enough people use them as far as I'm
concerned........ Well before I duck out I want to thank Felix and his wife for coming all the way to Japan to play with us
and to share a few photos, enjoy the wind.......Ben

It was a pleasure to meet with you and iQuad. It was important to demonstrate the grid to you all and thanks to the Japanese teams this was possible at very short notice on the day!

Juliette would never turn down an offer to visit Japan so that bit was easy.

Hey Ben, just wanted to say it was great to meet you in Tulsa, and many thanks for my very first ever quad line flight...I did better than I expected to, good instructor. Hope you weathered the winds, I saw that tornados hit to our north and east. I wanted to talk more kites with you, but very much enjoyed our conversation that we had instead. I was curious about that custom woven vent you had out, that was a sweet precise kite that took those winds with ease. Was wondering if that would become available at some point. Anyway, good travels to you, great meeting and talking with you, and I'll stay in touch. I may be looking into race rods after seeing what they could do in the B Vent.

Well Family sorry I've been MIA on this forum but I've been busy and I also had a bad wreak in my truck the day
after Tulsa and from there I went straight to Grand Rapids Mi., bruises and all, but I'm backkkkkkk.....

So as we get ready for Wildwood to have fun and celebrate our 20 th year there I want to put it out there as a
personal invite and to tell everyone I will need help in the learn to fly field and I expect everyone down there
for at least 15 minutes cause I'm battered and bruised and can't do this alone. Also please keep in mind we are
doing Rev games this year and this is a hoot and if you have not played yet your missing a good time. So let
me back my bags and get ready and as my friend Ant says "see ya in the Woods"......Ben

I wish you a speedy recovery, Like Timex, Takes a licking and keeps on ticking, As I return to the scene, Southbound on the New Jersey Turnpike one year later, after getting planted as a hood ornament on a MACK TRUCK, I'm determined to make my way down RIO GRADE BLVD, show my face, I'm not the chief judge or working in any capacity so that frees me up to fly my REV';s all day everyday I will do what I can to promote and help out, INDOOR as well. "I FLY REV's" will be there to teach promote and whatever it takes Like always. Safe travels to all far and near, See you at the WOOD, come hell or high water.
