Hey, this sounds great.  I would love to do a 3-day weekend of training.  Ocean City would be great.  Or I could do Wildwood, or even TI for that matter.

Lets nail down the dates so I can schedule vacation time. If I don't, I am sure my work will have me go on a business trip.

One other consideration that I want to throw out is that the Smithsonian Kite Festival is Saturday, March 29th. Also, the indoor fly at the Smithsonian Air & Space museum is Saturday, March 15th. Not sure how those dates may or may not affect some of the attendees to the ECRC, but wanted to post them so that everyone is aware.

Update :

I'm waiting on the field permiting from the township.

Looks like its going to be the weekend of march 22nd fri/sat/sun

Blocks of rooms have been rsvp'ed. If needed they will open another motel for us to use.

Amazing work so far Brad, thanks for all the time you've put in on this!

Bearing in mind that some things are still being finalized, can we start an official "check in" from people who are likely to be coming for this thing, in Wildwood, on the weekend of March 22nd?

Friday (in theory) would be "extra skills" day, with the primary learning content on Sat/Sun.
