I bought a used Rev. 1.5 from Charly Whitaker in Seattle, WA and had my first opportunity to fly at Marymoor Park this past Sunday afternoon - Wow! After a couple of fitful starts (and kind help from guy flying quad foils with his son), I got the hang of the turns <remember, a quick pull on the left or right bottom line!> and had a ball.
I can't wait to get out for more practice and hopefully find some other local flyers to team up with. I started a thread in the team section looking for Seattle/Redmond area flyers. I'm going to try to get out to Ocean Shores on Sat.Oct. 6th for the AKA festival, hope to see some of you there!

Welcome to the world of Revs. It can change your life. Lynn and I are going places we never thought we would go and meeting great people. Once you get the hang of it, you will find yourself flying with other Rev fliers. Two or more kites flying in the same space is just way too much fun. Just ask my wife.
Did you go to WSIKF this past August?

Congtrats on your purchase, and may you enjoy many happy hours of flying.
I have a few other kites, but flying a Rev just grabs you and takes hold, i am looking forward to adding more Revs to my collection
