I have to note that those seem an odd color choice for someone from Columbus, OH.

I thought that Maize and Blue were forbidden colors down there. Posted Image

Oh my gosh! I hadn't thought about that! :o
My lovely wife chose the colors. Said she wanted something different from my red, white and black colors.
Guess I had better burn them!

Ney, they are a very fine kites they've got themselves there. Having had the pleasure to fly with both Bill & Maureen ...they were nice enough to let me fly their new mid-vents, well when backs were turned .....ohhh really really, am soo so envious, smooth, precise, what workmanship ...OK I'll stop for now Posted Image

Colour scheme!? Being a recent blow-in to Columbus (and the US for that matter) ...the whole college football thing, especially the 'OSU vs. Michigan state' ...it kinda took me by surprise. On seeing the following on my way from campus a few days before the big game, I naively thought that the sign had just been vandalised, until I saw more and more signs with M's been x'ed-out. MacDonalds restaurant managers in Columbus must not look forward to when this weekend rolls around Posted Image

Just a thought but maybe on THE big game weekend ...we'll fly with red-X's over the offending colours Posted Image

All good fun!!!

BTW am working on my americanized spelling, but its taking time hehe!
