What AMAZING talent! They are all gorgeous.

What's really cool is that you don't need to "officially" know who created each Masterpiece as they are all awesome extensions of their previous beauties!!!

Well folks as I get ready to hit the road I just want everyone to know that I will try to get the last two kites
up as soon as possible...... As I said nothing was in stone on ending the bidding but all the kites will hopefully
be at Antelope Island for everyone one to see and at that time we will work out the end of bidding dates......
I'm trying hard but am a bit overwhelmed by it all...... Ben

Amazing kites. Had the privilege of seeing them all in person at the Antelope Island Stampede Festival outside Salt Lake City this weekend.

Well as the last two kites go up I just wanted to get all the rules in line for this auction / bid off........


1. All bids will go to me personally to keep a running tally, you have to email me at beachbeach13@yahoo.com
with your bid if it's not enough I will tell you where you need to start be at and we will go from there.....


2. If you are out bid I will contact you to see if you want to up your bid.....


3. The very last day I will take bids is Oct. 10th.....


4. If you are high bidder on the kite you own it and will be sent once all the charges clear the bank.....


I know this is strange but then again so am I so it's now in your hands and remember bid often and bid high.... Ben

This kite is by my good friend Jon Burkhart and as always the photos do it no real justice, his use of mixed media
and the addition of place holes in the sail is just amazing..... He gave me a name for it but I named it "Trails of
Night" cause it reminded me of an old story I once heard...... Ben

I would like to point out that the dots in the black fabric on this latest kite are actually small burned holes. Kinda cool, and worth making known.

HI guys....

... and just to add to what Watty said, the holes are meant to "twinkle" like stars in the sky. It looked really cool when held up against the sky.
