We may be able to fly white kites on Blackheath. See message from Mr. Modegi on Facebook below.

Japan Kite Association Members will fly a white kite in their home towns on March 11, 2012, 14:46 pm (Japan time)as a memorial service for people who lost their lives in Tohoku earthquake/ Tsunami. Everybody can join us from anywhere to unite and give a memorial address by flying a white kite. If you would like to join us, please fly a white kite in your country.
