Is there an established good trader, seller, store thread here? If not I know we new folks would surely appreciate knowing the good place to support.

Maybe this could be that thread?

+1+1+1+1 for A Wind of Change : He helped me out with my 1st Rev. He took the time to talk with me on the phone about my typical winds and recommend line length and weights that would work and get me started. The order was in and done, CC charged, and he ran into a problem not having an item in stock when packaging the order. Kent automatically upgraded that item for a higher end one he had in stock. He didn't call me to ask for more money, or send me a downgrade, he just took care of me.

On top of that, they emailed me my reciept that same day AND set me up with Fedex for automatic email tracking on my order.

I can't recommend them enough!! THANKS KENT and DAELYN!

Yep, Kent is a class act. I plan on stopping by when ever I get back to Vegas. Besides, Kent has a killer kite collection, so I hear..... :sign_kitelife:

I would second Theresa @ Thekiteshoppe. I have bought a number of Kites from her, always had good service, took a little long for delivery though, but hey, that is my fault for living in the UK and ordering from the far coast of the US.

Also Rev themselves are good folks to deal with.

Reccomend Kiteworld in the UK. Always had good service from them.

I like doing business with that certain shook kite palace on the outer banks (Flying Smiles Kites)

Patience and outreach? YES! (always available & always helpful regardless of the "sales potential")

Customer service? YES! (ask Rich Comras about his masterpiece cutting in line!)

Candy-land for kiters? YES! Hey these were great kite enthusiasts before they dropped their own brick & mortar going commercial. You wonder around in their palace and find things you didn't even know you needed. I didn't have any money leftover the last day, but Eliot sent me home with their last remaining Revolution kite bag anyway. (Barbara's good for the dough, even if I'm not!)
