Oregon Beach Rules UPDATE New Proposal about Permits and Usage

[b][i]IMPORTANT: I WANTED TO SHARE THIS WITH ALL THAT ARE CONCERNED WITH THE OREGON BEACH PERMIT REVISION. This is the new Ocean Shore Rules that is being drafted by the State Parks. Please read and share. While there is no reference to Kite anchors, there are some references to Wind Powered Vehicles. Take the time to read this. Share your concerns , ask questions. There is some room for park managers to make arbitrary decisions in my opinion. But my opinion is just that.. my own. Amy
