It is not April first, and I am not pulling your leg. I have a new kite stake! It is made with a glass "marble" that has glow in the dark bits in it.

Now the other thing that makes this special, the "marble" is a 3 1/2 inch paperweight! The stake is over 2 feet long! In the photo below, it is next to a Davis Marble Kite Stake with a 12 inch long rod. This stake is huge!

I will have it with me at festivals and other gatherings, and JB and the members of iQuad are welcome to gang up on it with their handles, I am sure it will not pull out of the sand...... :sign_kitelife:

It will be going in checked baggage. The top and rod are threaded together and separable. I can put the "marble" in a box wrapped up in bubble wrap to protect it, and the rod will be in the suitcase.
