October 22 & 23... We are heading to Ocean Shores Washington ! Come join us at the FIRST Ocean Shores INDOOR Kite Festival and Competition!
We will be there to support this event and to have some fun with everyone. Indoor Kite Flying is great fun for ALL ages, and we would love to give more people the opportunity to give it a go, or just come enjoy the competition and performances. A big thank you to Scott Davis, Toby Arndt and Ocean Shore Kites , and the Northwest Sport Kite League for coordinating this new event!
Here is the Official word :
The new indoor kite festival and competition at Ocean Shores is really happening in the Ocean Shores Elementary! We've been talking about it, we had it semi confirmed. Now it's solid. The 1st Annual Ocean Shores 1 & 2!
Festival with lessons, kite making for kids, flyers mart etc., a competition each day, a potluck dinner right there in the school cafeteria. We really need your help supporting this event! Items for the raffle, bring your friends, come have some grand fun! Registration will be on site only. $20 per event (this charge is for competitors only). Sat. the school will open at 10, comp at 2, dinner at 6. Sun. it will open at 9, comp at 11.

Please come on up and support this event.. Double comp as well to qualify for AKA. ( Since Camas will NOT be taking place this will be helpful. )

Hope to see you there,
Amy

No Camas.. We got notice of that too late to do anything on it.. and Lincoln City is being talked about, but the city will not be involved at all.. and we are trying to get it going with a new sponsor... no promises at this point.
