The weather is looking good for the event this coming weekend.

We will have to deal with light winds and turbulence as the wind will be from the south, coming over the town.

Let's hope that the tide is out! [EDIT High tide 10:58 and 11:45...]

Also for anyone thinking of going, there is a Spanish team called Imagina going. They fly rev team as good as the next man but then they have a ballet that is out of this world. Forget anything you have seen before in Europe, this is performance with Revs and fantastic to watch so, if you were thinking of going, make sure you stick around for Imagina.

You must forget all you have learned and only then will you be open to the real dark side!

Joking aside, from the crowds point of view this is pure entertainment. I'm guessing the wind was from the town?

Thanks for both links!!!Posted Image Nice to see interaction between kites and people!! Different!!

Am I correct in guessing that they lead left to right, instead of right to left? To me, it looks like the flier on the left always seems to initiate the action and lead in group formations!!

I did not notice which end they were 'leading' from. The Decs have always alternated which end is leading but we count from left to right!

Just noticing in the video!! Over here seems like everything is right to left!! Counting, leading! I would guess that it's up to the group in what order they go by!! European vs American style??

PS: We do drive on the "right side" of the road!! Posted Image

Most of Europe does in fact drive on the right side of the road.

Sorry John, just trying to be funny!! But it is interesting that some teams do "lead" left to right, or as Felix says, alternate from different ends as needed! Over here, it seems that the majority of times, things are right to left!!
