[Gaiiden]

Angela and I were at Wildwood on Sunday flying our B-Series Revs together, working on some new tricks. I've been handling Revs on and off for about 4-5 years, but this was only Angela's 5th time out with a Rev, as you can see she's learning quick!! I did some tip-standing on the rainwater runoff posts, then we practiced some formation stuff and worked on spinning the kites around so our lines twisted - that's quite a strange feeling! Then we hovered our kites in the air with their leading edges touching - more accurately, Ang would rest her leading edge against my lines right in front of my kite to sort of stick there. Then we practiced landing and taking off in that position. The coolest move of the day was to take off from a tip-stand with the kites together, get up and then spin one way and spin back while keeping the kites touching. Wow that looked so cool! We did one more precision move, getting the kites staggered atop each other (see pic). Towards the end of the day the wind kicked up so I took a turn on the power kite (Flexi Bullet 3.5) to get some air. Ang had flown it earlier when the wind was a bit calmer.

We saw three huge single-line kites set up nearer to the boardwalk and a delta stunter flying around that area too. We'll be back at Wildwood Sunday the 8th of July if anyone wants to come out and join us!

dude i wish i would have known i would have been there i was in capemay beach that day. im from wildwood and fly there all the time let me know ill be there to fly with you guys anytime
