As most of you know Lincoln City is my home away from home and I always enjoy going up there for some reason.....
I always get a feeling of peace when I see the D river flowing into the ocean there and it always reminds me
of where it all started for me and what a ride it's been...... You know it's not the greatest place to fly I've been
to, and the hotels are just hotels, but when my feet touch down there it always seems the weight of the world
flies off my shoulders and the fun starts.... If it seems that I really enjoy Lincoln City its cause I really do and each time I go there I find myself wondering when I'll come back, then you add the fact that I get to spend some time with so many great friends it all makes for a great trip for a tired old man, huh tired and
old NOT....... Here I come Lincoln City......Ben

It is one of the best places I have flown. The sand, sea, the little"D", Dualies, Quads and great friends what else can an old guy ask for.

Just a side note, bring sun screen it was 70 today, but should cool down to the 60's and sunny

Hi Theresa,

Could you also bring 6-12 Jaco stand-off connectors. The ones that fit over the 2pt & 3pt spreaders that Lam uses to connect the spreader to the stand off. It would be most appreciated.

A call out to all that came and enjoyed!! What a Saturday, crazy good winds, great folks, good times!!! Finally saw I-Quad pull out their xtra vents to fly a routine!!! That's a major wind!!! Myself, I think as the day went on, I used almost every kite in my bag and most of my frames!!! Sunday was generally a much slower day, but still a great time! Glad the wind finally got the message to arrive and join the party!! Too bad many had gone!! Made for a great close to a great festival!! Hope to see everyone soon!!

One of my favorites events of 2011... Wind was awesome on Saturday, the audience was VERY friendly and interactive, beautiful weather all weekend.

Thanks to Maggie Conrad and her team at the Lincoln City VCB for another great year!

So what this event in the fall?? Whats the next event that everyone will be attending? I found out from work today, that I might be able to take more time off in July.. Can I come play with the big boys?? And girls, if there are any out there.
