In the fountain, not really no... I think once or twice there was a slight breeze going toward the steps, but that's about it. There was decent wind up on top of the parking garage, but that was really weird wind. I think a number of times, I would fly in one spot, then fly to the back of the wind window, to find wind blowing the opposite way as well!
Honestly, the lack of wind wasn't my largest concern. I just didn't want to mis-step and fall off the platforms into the water below! There's a good 1-4 foot gap in between some of the platforms. I tried my best to stay in the center where that are closer together.
The lines were 15 foot in the fountain and 30 foot on the parking garage.

You should try the park outside of my house - the wind does 180 degree switches all the time ... I've given it up as unflyable at my skill level for now
