Hey Karl, send us some photos of you, your girl friend and of course your kites, and if you have any videos, even better. In what part of Germany are you at?.

Hi Hector,
leading edge in english is absolutly the same as Leit (leading) kante (edge) in german ;) . Sorry, at the moment I have no digital foto of me, my family or my kites because i have no digital camera. Please have some partience, I will borrow me a camera and then I can show you some fotos. You ask me where I live in Germany. I live about 18 miles west of Stuttgart in the south west of Germany. It is at the border to the black forrest. You know Stuttgart? It is the city of Mercedes Benz and Porsche.

Bye Karl-Heinz :bye1:
Regards Karl-Heinz

... always have a nice wind ...

sorry, about my bad english - if you find some mistakes, you can keep hold them ....

This topic is awesome...sorry it's so old. I saw video this summer and I had to try it. I dipped in a gentle river getting progessively deeper and more bold. My first total submersion was "rescued" by an ignorant bystander. Funny to see. I'll definately submerge again when conditions are right.

I'm glad this thread came back to life and just in time for me to add a link to me taking one of my kites for a swim in Madison WI.
Rev swiming with the Kite Whisperer

Short vid with no sound, there was too much wind noise on the camera so I muted it.
Peace of mind is only as far away as the next flying field.

Rev it up!

Here you can see a RevoSplash Video filmed last June at the Festival of Roses (Costa Brava-Spain). I ride a home hyper-vented 1.5 kite. Gust wind up to 70 km/h.

Enjoyed the over-the-shoulders handle shots... Nicely done!
