To those who were unable to attend you will be glad to know that we did get 16 fliers in the air in the very light breezes.

I think that there may be some 'images' and possibly some 'video evidence' available in due course. Thanks again to all who were involved!
I am very much hoping that this can be 'followed up' ahead of Berck Plage 2011.

Thanks Andy for putting the pictures up.
Thanks to everyone for taking part.

It was a great day with 'no pressure' despite slightly difficult conditions.
I hope that further events can be 'arranged' with a similar focus.

Need a video/photography crew to come along to document.

If not, I would be happy to convene at Dunstable. Maybe the NE fliers could chime in with their preference/availability seeing as Dunstable is better placed in a Northerly direction...

On behalf of the NE fliers we were sorry to miss Januarys gathering but the weather was just too bad up north to risk travelling that far.
It would be great to be there for the next one.
Without talking to the rest of the group (will have the discussion on Sunday) Dunstable is nearer than Southhampton for us but would seriously consider Southhampton if that was the majority decision. March would be better than February, better driving conditions and our local club has its AGM on Feb 6th which I will have to attend.
Would it be one or two days?

I'm sure that we all appreciate that it was sensible not to travel given the conditions. Equally, take your time and let us know when you would be best able to travel south then we can get a consensus as when best to meet, and where!
If there is a general enthusiasm for a two day meeting I would make every effort to attend.
