It's not really the Ice Kings (titled) event, we just lucked out with some ice this time around (instead of rain) and this is a tip 'o the hat to our Snow Queen mates in Canada.

Thanks for the work on the videos. It was a great day. About the only complaint I have is that it would have been even better with a larger frozen puddle!

I finally found this video again, I was wondering who's the artist that did the music?

TK's video music is a Spike Jonez piece, called "Winter".

Plus, I think it should be exciting - takes energy to grab the attention of young punks.

It's all about the movement, the "rolling" sound that carries me through a visual scene and the movement of kites.
Plus, I think it should be exciting - takes energy to grab the attention of young punks.
I hope you mean "young punks" in a good way???

I mean it honestly...
What grabbed the attention of *hundreds* of baby boomers in the early 90s with sport kiting just doesn't have the same appeal to younger, media-driven generations.

I hear you on that front: too much "progress" for me!! Can't cure the common cold, but sure can invent a better cellphone!! (No offense to cell users meant in any way!!) What worked in the past, doesn't have the same impact today!!
