I added a new panel named "Routines"
The previous three routines in panel "K - 4 Corners" have been moved into panel "Routines".
A new routine named "Four Gears" has be added. The URL is:
http://gyraphicdesig.../FourGears.html

Enjoy, John M

I have also added in "Four Wheels" which was created before "Four Gears"
http://gyraphicdesig...FourWheels.html

Please note that the URLs are case sensitive.

I just added in a new maneuver titled "Fly in to Turning Gears".
URL is http://gyraphicdesig...rningGears.html

It is not perfect thus needs a bit of work on the timing.
In fact one REV does whack another REV.

If you notice, the lines of each column stay separate of the lines of any other column.
Within a column the lines of that column will wrap up to on full turn, but then unwrap on the next part.

Enjoy, John

Now that looks like a lot of fun to try. Or should I say carnage? :)

[Thanks for the ongoing work with animations - I'm sure we'll see most committed to video sooner or later!]

John,

Great move! I will not, of course, suggest, two sets of sprockets in parallel... It's just too scary <grins>

A two column version, which shows the real simplicity is now available at:
http://gyraphicdesig...Gears-2col.html

This can easily be flown as 1, 2, 3, 4 or even more columns. The more columns, the wilder it looks.

It's very interesting maneuver. I would like to try it when I have opportunity...

Last weekend in Sunderland we set a small 9 person grid in light wind traversing with upward 180's called by the top kites at the front of the direction of travel.

Other calls were interjected at the centre of the window by others and it all worked very well in an unrehearsed manner. The final arena presentation involved this format as well with 'musical' prompts to add to the scheme of things...

From a suggestion from Felix, I have added in a few more elements at: http://www.johnnmitc...animate/CA.html
These are the CA to FC, FC to FA, CA to FD and FD to CA

As always, these elements can be connected with other elements in order to create complete maneuvers.
