"front outer end"
The vertical spars go on the backside - unlike dual lines.
The horizontal spars go in the tube at the top of the kite.
I'm sure you know all that, not meaning to insult ya'.
Anyway - wherever they go, hope you find a good source with decent prices. There are several on this side of the pond, but with shipping and importation...

Gloucester.we will soon have enough flyers in the Shires to make up a team.
I would second Kiteworld.co.uk as a good source for Rev Spars in the UK. Not sure if Bristol Kite Store kitestore.co.uk might have some in, I know they tend to carry Skyshark rods, not sure about Rev Rods, you would have to give them a ring, they are closer to you.
If you are going to contact Kiteworld, better to ring them as they get swamped with emails.
There are other kite shops in the UK that carry Revs, one other I know of it HengistKites hengistkites.com they are near Hengistbury Head near Bournmouth, worth dropping in if you are down that way.
Hope this helps, bought stuff from both he above but only face to face. Both are good shops, run by kite flyers. Kitworld has probably the best stock.
