Is there anything that you can put on the lines to make them slippery again

I use McLube ..... which you can get from Harken in Sydney or most yacht chandlers etc its sometimes branded SailKote if you know any local sailmakers ..... http://www.harken.com/au/default.php
I normally carry a spray can of it and either spray the line on the winder or spray into a cloth as I walk down the lines ... works for me !!
I know lots of people have other solutions so stand by for some options!

Silicone spray is another option, as is Sewers Aid
