I was on vacation at the shore with my family this past week and imagine my surprise when I found this!!! I honestly thought I was seeing things! Heh!

I should note that if Rawveeda hadn't tipped me off about the kite puzzle (no Revs) in that shop, I might not have ever noticed it. I had a rainy day with nothing to do so I ventured down there.
Alden: How I wish I could have bought one for everybody! Money was rather tight this trip.
Scott: The bottom of the globe says this: Royal River Company, ŠJHUSA Designed in the USA, Made in China.
Monkey: I was thinking it was iQuad as well! I wouldn't doubt that was a Wildwood Sky shopped into a Cape May beach! Hehehe! There has to be a kiter behind this and the puzzle I saw as well.
Laura: I'm hanging in there, Lady. I had a chance to fly with Ant while I was down there and discovered I have a lot to work on. Argh. I was hoping to make Liberty this weekend, but I have to work and really need the money. :/

Not sure if it counts as popular culture... like I'm sure it was quite popular at the time... (maybe not so cultural)
....a poster with swimsuited Shannon Rae with an early Rev1.
Anyone know the story behind this.....an early advert for Revolution maybe, an attempt to make kites sexy (of course I mean even MORE sexier...come one a Rev1, corrr!) or did they have their eyes set on ladies swimwear in case this kite malarky didn't work out

I could make a poster of me in my swim suit with my newest rev, but I don't think they make a lens filter dark enough for my oregon legs!
When ya cant see where white cotton socks end, thats like day-glo white legs.
