Revolution kite, sail

Just been out for a fly noticed my non vented JB Revolution non vented kite was a little noisy, and on further inspection noticed the the material on the bottom of the 2 spars have stretched and looks like it is a different material, not bad seing as this one has only done about a 6 flights. So i inspected my mid vent and full vent and these seem to be ok.
Any help would be good,

Okay, easy answer is: if you have been storing it in a hot location like a car, then the sail might be having a light bit of stretch. An easy fix is to retie the bungee cords at the bottom to stretch it out a bit more. Other then that there is not much that I can think to explain the sail stretch. Or the bungee's have gotten wet a whole lot, (which doesn't seem to be the case), and dried, and they have started to lose there elasticity, which once again can be fixed by tightening the bungees, or replacing them.

All my revs live in my rev bag, others not affected so heat is out of the qeustion.
This kite has never got wet. bungees are new
Once the kite is put together you can see the material seems to warp
Bungees checked seem to be simular to others in tension, not to tight or loose.
Kites are packed away as shown by the rev team at Portsmouth kite fest when they was over here last
My other revs are spot on and older than this one with the problem.
Lolly,
will do, was gutted when i see it, you can see the weave in the material distorting.

As you are dealing directly with Lolly from the factory, I think you are in good hands and will be taken care of no matter the issue. It is awesome that someone so high up in the Revolution factory takes the time to help all of us out on the fields. This really speaks a ton about Revolution's commitment to customer satisfaction and quality control.
