My biggest apologise to Rev and all concerned.I layed my line out in the yard and to my delight the top L-R lines were the same length as were the L-R bottom lines
Where I thought the lines were different lenghts is where I larks headed the top line to the bottom to wind up form the kite end DUH.
All is good now just streched a little to equalize,is that OK?

Ah, easy mistake to make.
You will find that even if you tie the ends together so that they are the same length at the kite end, by the time you get to the handle end there will often be a difference due to the way the wraps lie on the winder.
