The SKIPS scoring program which was used at the last World Sport Kite Championships and has been used at almost every European Competition since 2002 is available to anyone who wants to use it for their competition for free.

SKIPS (Sport Kites International Program for Scorekeepting) Release 18 August, 2006 (2 Mbyte)
Optimized for resolution 1280x1024.
SKIPS is the Official STACK Scoring Program as of 1 March, 2006. This program has also been adapted for most AKA outdoor competitions.

To run reasonably fast, the programs need MS-Excel 97 or later and a reasonably powerful laptop from the last 4 years with 512 RAM. It will run on older and smaller ram lap tops, however slowing down relative to that laptop.
