The IRBC(International Rules Book Committee) which is composed of two members each from AJSKA(Japan), AKA(USA) and STACK(Europe) has written three documents which are used at their sanctioned competitions and other competitions in the world. They are the only International recognized documents for competitions.
The three documents are:
- International Sport Kite Rules Book
- International Sport Kite Judges' Book
- International Sport Kite Compulsories Book
