I never had any business dealings with Theresa, however I did meet her at WSKC Lincoln City. She is really quite nice and very knowledgeable on kiting. Her kite shop "The Kite Shoppe" was one of the WSKC 2005 sponsors.

Whats with all these West Coast Events ?? closest I've seen to anything really big on the East Coast is Wildwood (course I missed that) and that is like on the borderline of saying East Coast.

I think this winter is going to be spent trying to rally up some troops and have a few Pow Wow's, maybe we can get another Grand Hoopla like Wildwood further north next year. First off I better think location, location, location. and quite possibly cooperation and participation.

John and anyone else please feel free to throw some names that you know of out there of people who may be interested in getting something like this done.

I don't know much about kite festivals (I can only go to WSIKF because my G-ma goes every year). But I can't wait for WSIKF!!!!!!!! I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been practicing as much as possible (almost every weekend) and I think I'm ready!!!!!!!!! That Mega fly will be totally CRAZY!!!! It's all I think about now!
