I know some of the Jersey Crew just returned from the left coast, but I am hoping to find others to fly with this Saturday and am willing to traverse New Jersey to do it. Any interest in Belmar or Liberty?

It's going to be a beautiful day on Saturday and I wish I could come out, but I have a 5k race that day. Darn! I hope others can make it out.

Will definitely make it out to either Liberty or Belmar. Think Sunday may work better for the group as a whole, especially for Sammy, however, I'm open to either for both location and date.

My apologies to Sammy for picking Saturday, but we are not available this Sunday and the weather looks better on Saturday. Sammy, I hope to fly with you soon at one of these events, but I guess our paths won't meet this weekend.

I might be able to meet tomorrow at Liberty State Park for a couple of hours.
What time were you thinking?

When can you, I am retired so no big deal for me. Just never know how long to get there, any where between 40 mins to little over a hour.

Hi Guys-

I'll try to make it for a couple hours, too. I'll know better in the a.m. what I can do.

See you both tomorrow (I hope!)

Dang! I wanna fly! Its been too long since I flew with y'all. And here I sit, on the NJ shore, but I left my kites up north, in Jersey City. Doh! The best laid plans. Figured that the only time I was gonna fly was with all y'all (how was that Mel?), so I left them up at the BFs near LSP. And, of course, you all will be flying down here tomorrow. LOL.

If it means more can join in, I can do Liberty on Saturday. If not, Belmar is my preference. At the moment, the avaition weather link (http://www.usairnet....a=KEWR&state=NJ ) shows slightly more wind at Newark than Belmar anyway. Perhaps Mark can join us Saturday after the Friday session.

Rich,

When you're right, you're right!

Saturday should be a beach day. The weather indicates sand and surf, not mud and goose poo.
Bob can retrieve his kites or just join us.

See you at the Belmar beach around 11-noon.

Bob,

Except when Barb is using them, I have an extra full sail, lines, and handle you are welcome to use.
