where did all this weight come from?

After brian started a thread on not smoking which is great, i thought its time to go full force in lossing weight that i dont want well, i mean its free, but i dont like to take everything for free. lol I go to the gym alot and for some reason i hate cardio but i love muscle building. so we kind of have a problem.........BUT ITS TIME!!!!!!!!!! I got this program called p90x and its extreame, and if you seen it and know it, you will agree with me. I started this morning and it kicked my butt worse then rich yelling at me every 2 dam sec while flying (Love you buddy lol) Its 90 days and i am going full force into it.
well we all set goals that are way out of our leagues and that is what kills us. it gets us so frustrated we quit and then months later it comes to haunt us again and now were fatter and bigger and were back at step 1 again...........
Goals..................... I weight 220lbs right now ( i know i am fat) and 36 waist( yes i need a boomarang to get my belt on) i wanna drop 30+ lbs and drop atleast 2 pants size. its time to get my sexy back, ok i was never sexy but you get the point lol.
I took b4 pics and i will post them in 30days and show how much i progressed.........wish me luck.

as for Big large huge tall AL.... i said i wanna live not die shesh.... 12 weeks with you is not liek hell accualy that is 500x more then hell plus idk if u know already but i am scarred of you lol hahahaha why do u think i am never near you on the rev line haha.... my buddy lost 70 lbs in about 120 days or a lil more with this program and its proven to work if u accualy do it and progress. so lets see..........

thanx mate, I been working hard , we all have to lose weight but when i see people who are out of breath when they walk or they are to big to move then i get sick. so this is a good motivation for me to lose.
Update its been a few days lost 6 lbs in 4 days or so and my body feels more toned already... i cant wait for day 30. since i been working out i been sleeping better, and getting less back pains.

while all my buddys and pals are out west i am mad bored lol j/p ok maybe i am lol
Its been raining for the last few days and its not going to stop any time soon. Hope to see some great weather this week to fish but who knows..
Anyhow i been working out like crazy and i reached the 20lb mark. i still have 20 more to go . while i am doign what i am doing \. i been really training for 1 thing, which is to get back into capeoira if you dont know what capeoira is, look it up its amazing and alot of fun.

Its been 1 solid year and i think its time for me to give you a update on where i am holding in my weight lose. well lets just say hmmmmmmm. OK i win So far i lost 58.5 lbs and 13.7% body fat (BMI)
I have a solid Triathlon 15 week program that i am killing right now and its a good way to stay in shape. My first Tri is in june then 1 in July. Today i swam 2400 meters and boy did it feel good. So now when Rich sinks his kite in the ocean i can go swim after it.
anyhow just wanted to give everyone a update and its not over with me now! Just remember, as much as a Hairy Fat samoan Goat eating, Kakalali kakalo, wine to the side, person that I am , just stick to it and you can do it also.
