Got some of my favorites de-framed on the wall (like my blue kites from iQuad's first set of SLEs), the rest are in laundry baskets converted to kite bins.
In the closet, slide out drawer units for countless line sets, handles, kite toys and misc parts.
Dean750 has enjoyed the futon in there more than once.

I've also been thinking of building a "kite stand". Kind of a play on an umbrella stand. That way I could attach a drawer system to it as well. Still inside my head, but if I get it on paper, I'll be sure to share.
That still offers the problem of still being on the ground. Would be nice to have them mounted somewhere. Still storming the brain here.
Keep em comin!

Well, this was originally made as a rack, to store my kayak paddles, but it looked like a natural spot for a Rev. It works just great, and it would stack a bunch of Revs, if I made the supports a little longer. That will have to be one of my winter projects. Just thought I'd share how this first one worked out.

You know that episode of the Simpsons where homer imagines the land of chocolate? Convert that to Kites, and I think that would accurately depict myself in your guest room. o.0

We frolic well and heartily encourage it in our household.
Wish a few more folks would try it, good for the heart and all.

Neat idea. Although I was thinking of somewhere to store the kites while they were in their sleeves, I could see that working (using multiple brackets).
I've also been thinking of building a "kite stand". Kind of a play on an umbrella stand. That way I could attach a drawer system to it as well. Still inside my head, but if I get it on paper, I'll be sure to share.

Yeah, I just usually put them in that rack, when I've got them assembled, and may fly again, in a day or so. Works nice though. When my kites are in the sleeves, I've got a 40" duffle bag, that zips from end to end, that I keep them in. Neat bag, just a plain wide open duffle type bag, with a pouch on the side for handles & linesets

Well, I suppose we are drifting off the subject, just a bit, but maybe JB won't kick us out so quickly, since it's the holiday season, but no stripers yet, I'm fishing in a reservoir, so mostly panfish & large mouth bass................

It's JoneZ's thread and he's got a cold, so I'll leave him to issue spankings.

Hey JB,
I can see it now. A brand new video, called "Dock Play IV", staring non other than, "John (Jimmy Houston) Barresi", fishing with a Rev, off the end of the dock. What I want to see is you lifting that 5 lb bass out of the water, hooked to a short line, off of one end of your Rev. Better use a Zen...........
