Tell Beatrix, shake the trees, trips like that don't happen without local help.
Working on our schedule still, will post as soon as we firm up enough.

I say this with tears in my eyes, naturally... Been a really tough year here.
You'll have to kick butt without us, perhaps Too Much Fun or one of the other US teams will make it!

Doesn't look like it on this end... We're tapped out, at least for a trip that expensive and involved (i.e. US > Europe).

I will still hope for representation from the USA even if iQuad are not able to travel. I believe that Berck will be hosting a major 2 line event....

In the past, every even year, the World Sport Kite Championships for dual line teams were held at the Berck Kite Festival. I am only presuming that it will be held again next April at Berck. Gerard Clement and David Gomberg are the ones in the know at this time. JB judged it in 2006. I judged in 2004, 2005(USA) and I was CJ in 2006.I will still hope for representation from the USA even if iQuad are not able to travel. I believe that Berck will be hosting a major 2 line event....

Rumor has it that WSKC will indeed return to Berck next year, some invitations have been issues already.
The web site appears to be convincing! http://www.worldspor...om/schedule.htm
Maybe they 'jumped the gun'?

I would like to point out that the list of judges at the moment is from 2006. I know John B will fill in the judges for 2010 as soon as they are known, which will most likely happen in March. I will not be a judge in 2010.Considering I made those updates myself after being asked to do so, I don't think so.

A bit circular then, rumours and all that... <grins>
The upshot is that Berck will be 'spending money' on the two line competition and so will probably not have resources for a Rev event.
However, given that many of us will be there anyway we should make plans for the Berck event and those that could follow.

Yep, judges are now listed, along with some invitees.
As for iQuad's schedule, who knows?
Good to see Ron on the list...
I really hope that we will see some USA Rev teams at Berck in 2010!
