Barb & I are feeling the need for some breeze, so we are thinking of heading out for a day at the Jersey shore. The weather forecasts look encouraging for Saturday. (Sunday is out for us, sorry Sammy!) We are willing to head up to Liberty or Belmar, wherever we can hook up with other Rev'ers.
How about it gang?

I'm down in Stone Harbor, the island north of Wildwood. I'll fly down here if you'd like to meet up.
Welcome to the board. PM ANTMAN he is always looking for people to fly with. I am sure he would be psyched that there is another rev flyer in the area.
I think I could be in for Saturday.

I haven't been out since Liberty - could use some flight time. I'll be around Sat to hit up either Liberty or Belmar - altho now that the beaches are empty I'd rather go there than the park
Hello Drew-
Long time, no see!!! How have you been?
I think Belmar sounds great for a few hours. I have to leave by 2 pm... the latest. A few hours will do me good!!!!
Hi Barb and Wayne....
How's everything? Does this work for you?

I'm very good friends with Blazer Catzen if any of you have heard of him. He's down at the shore in late August usually, he's always willing to fly. He taught me to fly and darn good at it too.

Laura,
Belmar works fine with us, especially if we are not as sand-blasted like last time
I hope we can meet the others who responded also at Belmar.
BTW, Antman et al, Barb & I expect to be in Wildwood for some or all of the New Year weekend and could use company on the beach flying.

yes i know blazer . havent seen him in a while .. hes a great flier and a nice guy..i usually fly inland during the winter months as the parks are closed off forthe year and they have nice big clean fields.. the winds are a liottle choppy there but youll get used to them in time.. i can meet up with you this weekend if your still; here .. let me knowAntman, I'm only at the shore during the summer (all of it though), some weekends afterward, thanksgiving, and memorial day. I'd love to meet up during those times though.

In Chicago for the holiday weekend so won't be able to meet up.
Upside for me is I'm meeting up with a couple of folks from the IKE group and will be flying with them Saturday.
We'll fly in spirit together!!!!!

We fly at 3rd street beach. We are expecting to get there by 10:30. It will be great to see you again.
Ok. It looks like I'm in. I have only been to Belmar once. Which beach (between which blocks) is it again?
