So as I get ready for the "Cape Fear" festival I have to say I'm pretty excited cause I always enjoy that side of the world and the Family there plus going in with John and T.K. is a huge plus for me cause it's been way to long since last we flew together. So Family is there anything you need me to bring before I get leave here on 3rd to be there on the 4th of Nov. or is bright sunny personality enough.... Ben

Well I'm home so worse for wear and tear after a great event over at "Cape Fear", the Family was out in force doing what we do
which is just having fun and sharing the joy...... The only thing missing was one of the "Rev Riders" who had some
bad mojo right before she came so she had to stay home from this one, but know you were missed in a big way my friend..... So we had some light winds, we had some winds that were all over, and then we had some no winds, hmmmmm
such is the life of a Rev flier, we show up and work no matter what.... . So till next time thank you all for being there
and thank you for just being you, so till next time be good and remember it's a Rev thing....... Ben

Finally, just for the record... lines of banners, roach poles, cabanas. kiddies slides (Bristol/Portsmouth) upwind of flying arenas should be discouraged. A line of people is enough to spoil ground level breeze as we found out many years ago at Berck Plage. Our audience encroached either side of the team and got trodden on when, inevitably, we needed to back-up when close to the ground.

I fly that Decs kite quite often!!!!! I love that sail!!!!!


The two white kites you refer to with the shallow V are not Revs. They were built by Mel & Scott (love you guys!!!!) of the Tennessee Wind Militia. I'll let them respond regarding the sails themselves. That said, Ben was also flying a solid white 1.5 Rev on one of those days so in fact there were 3 white sails being flown. Could've been 4 if we could have dragged Antman outta South Jersey.

Hi Ben-
You're so sweet (oh, and I won't tell anyone... .... wouldn't want to spoil your image ). I truly missed not seeing and flying with you all.
Thanks for posting some great photos; especially the aerial (KAP???? or hotel shots??).
At least I have a chance to see what I missed.
