Who are the team members?

Very nice. :)

I worry about so much upright facing though, if the wind becomes light.

Facing left or right always felt easier to me than 'up'. Ironically 'inverted' felt better to me than 'up' most of the time but that was because of excessive 'brake' setting...

Those longer handles do take away some of the guess work but expand the margin for 'inexperienced' error.
