Allmost the end of a very nice festivalseason.

Time to plan next year's events.

Can you tell me maybe who is coming to Berck coming year and especially when ....?

Cause i don't want to be the only Revpilot there

I've booked the week off as well so that may make 5 fliers so far. I think that Simon suggested a rolling count so we could start it from here!

I think I will book the week off and go as well, thats if im not made redundant.

All the Time Out members will be at Berck, only not the whole week.

So I think you have to add the weekends to the rolling count Felix.
We prefer the last weekend from wednesday on.

Either weekend would suit me but probably not the full week.

If it was in plain text all would be OK but I tried to figure a simple grid this morning and it simply did not work. I think that adding names and dates to the list would be the simplest option.

Let's get it going so that we can present Gerard with a list as soon as is possible!

That looks like 30 plus so far. I do not know what Gerard is able to do.

The impression I got was that he and David (Gomberg) recognised that a competition element was not going to work but that a Mega Team event may be on the cards.

Finalising Plans.

Some of the Decs will be at Berck for the whole event. (Felix, Ashley, David + 1 other we hope) The rest of the team plan to arrive on Wednesday evening!

Gérard is hosting the World Stunt Team Championship at Berck in 2010. I wonder if teams from the USA and Japan will be participating. Unless I am mistaken there are some familiar names on the Judging panel... <grins>

Four of the team, Felix, David, Ashley and Martin will be in Berck for the whole week. Jacob, Johnny, Vaughan, Mark and Romney arrive on Thursday 15th!

We already have our tickets and will be arriving Berck on wednesday 14th 23:00.
