Yes, I've always found video of performances leaves me cold compared to the live performance, but they are better for stealing ^H borrowing moves from ;)

OK now you mentioned it, I saw a few of my "old" moves in a least one of those :P

Also, when judging live you are watching the performance and then need to pick up on the "ticks" ground touches, one of the reasons I got into judging was that i wasn't happy with the judges ruling on my ground touches (the ones I meant to do!)

I would encourge any flyers who want to compete to judge, you learn so much! And you can also influence teh judges as to what it diffcult and technical if they are not the same standard as you in whatever you do.

There are Winter Leagues all over the World, why not get out there with a coupleof friends and have a go at flyihg a couple of figures, and judge them :)

Indeed, and STACK UK leagues do include quad line, if pair or team figures are not published hassle them to do so, or ask me to.

It's not the size of your Rev.. its how you use it.
Seven days without flying a Rev makes one weak.

I do agree with the comment about not looking the same on a video.

Videos can only see flat images. Much more entertaining watching the real thing.

However for folks who could not be there fantastic job David.

Hi Steff - just my personal opinion. I felt your ballet interpreted the music very well. Apart from the one small mistake at the end the execution was just about perfect!

Congratulations

David

Thank you
