Just sending along this iQuad advisory as a team sponsor... We'll be attending the 24th annual Skagit Valley Tulip Festival near Everett (WA) on this coming Saturday and Sunday, April 14th and 15th!

Festival info - http://www.tulipfestival.org/
iQuad info - http://www.iquad.us

Four members of iQuad will be in attendance, and we welcome any other quad pilots to join us for a day of fun, team flying and mischief... 120' lines and Rev 1.5's are mandatory for team flying, but we'd love to share the field with other Rev fliers no matter what!

Hope to see you there!

Not a kite festival, just a Tulip (flower) Festival that we're showing up at. ;)

Might be more than a few... We've put out the word, just depends on how many decide to make the trip.

From iQuad, it'll be Monkey, Steve, Todd and myself... I also hear that Steve Tisch might be making it. ;)

I just returned from two days flying (when there was wind) at Tulip Town in Mt Vernon and am suprised that y'all are on this so quickly. The fly area is a huge grassy field and flat all around so the wind is clean, bordering on the tulip fields(great photo op) Lots of flower watchers and amateur kite enthusiasts with cameras in hand lol. This is an easy access venue that may turn into another kite habit for me and mine. I am taking next Friday off just to be there (imagine missing work to fly kites!). Hope we get a good turnout of flyers. ps John I have a picture or two that I can share but dont know how to put them here do you have another email that I can send to? Steven

Cool Steve... You can send them to my Kitelife email address, no problem. ;)

Apparently the folks at Four Winds are still figuring out where me and my guys can stay Fri/Sat nights, so keep your fingers crossed!

Okay guys, it's not in Everett... It's in Mt. Vernon, about 40 minutes north of Everett.

Click here for directions to the field!

We have not been to Malaysia as a team, although I attended individually in 2004... I'm pretty confident the rest of the guys would love to go, and we'd definitely bring a great show to that field... We like pretty much any wind, light or strong, clean or choppy... We just love to fly. ;)
