Just thought y'all might like to see this pic...

manuel_michael.jpg

Manuel (left) and Michael (right), active kite fliers in the Colombian kite scene, roughly 11-12 years old.

Both proud recipients of their first Rev, a brand new EXP package each from Revolution and iQuad (Michael's is behind my back in this photo), given at the clinic we held in Bogota this past weekend, selected with help from the local organizers for their passion.

Melts the heart, don't it?

Nah, I just bow before them. ;)

They were both an inspiration, really good young pilots on both dual and quad.

Michael was everywhere I looked, flying or helping... Manuel was doing freakin' 360s in the Bogota arena, working his tail off.

The next generation is here, and I'm glad to see it. <grin>

Both had tears in their eyes, I nearly had some myself, ahem, uhhh, I mean if I was a softy or something, which I'm not, really. ;)

Dog gone it Steve, trying to teach that one handed stuff to a beginner is a little woof ... just paws for a moment and think about it. Start with two hands and you'll have that old dog learning a new trick in no time.

Cheers,
Tom

Yep, got to give that one to Jeff. Although, looking at the back side of a dog staked kite might be a lot easier on the eyes than what Jeff is suggesting!!!
