Thanks for a great festival, with the great weather, fabulous beaches and rather inexpensive beer I don't know why we don't have more festivals in Portugal! We are seriously thinking of arranging a team practice there for some time later in the year.

Sunday was very light winds with only two kites in the air, one was a super custum Rev II kite with what looked like 4mm spars and very short lines and the other was my new Los Hermanos printed Standard Rev. I was flying on 50lb lines and proffesional rods and was able to fly with out too much effort. Now clearly I would like to think that technique counts for more than equipment but on this occasion the kite really helped.

With only one thing in the sky there will be a lot of pictures of a Revolution from this festival. We can't wait to go back again and fly with all the teams, especially the two Portugeuse teams who are one of Portugals best kept secrets. Great flyers and great company. Muitos agradecimentos meus amigos

Hi guys,

A local TV station was there on Sunday to capture some moments of the festival. Unfortunately there was no wind on that day (as mentioned before by others) to show kites on TV, so they had to show the faces of the fliers instead B) ...

Here's a link to the report:

I can post a small translation later :)
