My long awaited custom Rev 1.5 SUL rainbow with standard bridle. I LOVE THIS KITE! B)
Although there was no wind, I managed to get her up and do a couple of 360's, till I slipped on the icy ground and twisted my ankle.
What a beautiful kite and color. I can't wait to get her up on a better day and when the ground is less icy. Thankfully Spring is just around the corner.
Of course I had to try my beautiful new custom REV handles (a very generous gift from BEN - THANKS BEN :) ) at the same time.
WOW! the handles are beautiful and light B)

Just looked at them (the 2 picturest that is), was going to say, no actually are or should it be am going to say the same as John, purty purty purty kite.

Hope you are OK. If your leg is too bad I am sure there will be plenty of volunteers to help train your kite for you in its important first few days.

You can never start too soon with good gentle training imho.

Thank you, my ankle is OK, just twisted. Should be OK in a couple of days.
Yes it is very "purty" kite indeed. B)
I agree ALL Revs are beautiful :)
I look forward to getting my next REV, a vented SS. (still undecided about the new asemertical scheme)

Yes me too. I do so want to tackle my own custom (one day), however my sewing skills are ......lets just say! " not very good"
My artistic skills are pretty good though, so I'm confident I can come up with a very good design, it's just a matter of the execution.
I had thought of painting, however the results from what I have heard are not great. Screen printing is not an option as I don't like a one sided design and besides it adds considerable weight to the fabric, not to mention it's not cheap to print either.
Applique is the only way to go in my opinion for a really stunning professional looking kite.

I'd be very interested to see what you do with your all white sail, that's assuming you are going to do something with it.
An all white sail, is also just as stunning as an all Black sail in my opinion.
