@FF - Yep TMOL - Nice one centurion.
So, for your next movie guess - "Here's Johnny" and we're not talking that Calson Johnney although I understand he did use it too.

The Shining, written by Stephen King. Starring Jack Nicholson, Shelly Duvall, Scatman Crothers, and Danny Lloyd. This line came from the scene where Jack started hacking his way through a door with a axe, and when he was able to peer inside he stuck his face up to the hole and announced "Here's Johnny!"

"At my signal, unleash hell."

King Arthur: It is 'Arthur', King of the Britons.
Bridgekeeper: What... is your quest?
King Arthur: To seek the Holy Grail.
Bridgekeeper: What... is the air-speed velocity of an unladen swallow?
King Arthur: What do you mean? An African or European swallow?
Bridgekeeper: Huh? I... I don't know that.
[he is thrown over]
Bridgekeeper: Auuuuuuuugh.
Sir Bedevere: How do know so much about swallows?
King Arthur: Well, you have to know these things when you're a king, you know.

DefinitelyThe Shining,
Now for something completely different. Who is quoted:
""Well, what are you doing creeping around a cow shed at two o'clock in the morning? That doesn't sound very wise to me." "

Hahaha! I was gonna go for Python, but that entire movie is nothing but quotes!!! My favorite part is the "autonomous collective" peasant speech!
Here are two of my favorite movie quotes:
"Well, it's one louder, isn't it? It's not ten. You see, most blokes, you know, will be playing at ten. You're on ten here, all the way up, all the way up, all the way up, you're on ten on your guitar. Where can you go from there? Where? Eleven. Exactly. One louder."
"Hamburgers! The cornerstone of any nutritious breakfast." (this is another movie with a million great quotes)
