The photo date would be 1995 or later judging by the REV 1.5s. The logo changed to a straight logo in 1997. There are no REVs with the that logo. So I am guessing 1995 or 1996.
Do you know who owns each of the other stacks?
It seems to me that the upper right stack of six might belong to Sam Ritter.

What a fantastic picture.
And the background is what I fell makes it so spectacular.
The stacks on thier own would have been good, with the other kites and goings on, SUPER cool.

You are probably right, that name sounds familiar. I don't know the other owners; it was a long time ago and I did not keep in touch with them.It seems to me that the upper right stack of six might belong to Sam Ritter.
